Just Cruising......

Holy cow!! Has it really been a month since my last blog? Oh well, Life happens and I'm in the middle of it. Just got back from a 7 day cruise. We went to exciting places and did lots of things. In Cozumel, I swam with the dolphins and I've video tape to prove it. Although no one wants to watch it, I will remember that memory forever. Mr. Wonderful bought me a cheap underwater disposable camera and that took some great dolphin pics too.

Went to Mayan ruins in Costa Maya. What an interesting bunch of people those Mayans were. I was walking among temples that took 1000 years to build and has amazed at the detail of it all. Those Mayans along with the Egyptians were way ahead of their time. The Mayan ruins looked a little like the pyramids in Egypt.

The highlight of the whole trip was in Nassau. Yep, people you can worship at my feet as I have been to the cemetery where Anna Nicole Smith is buried. We could not get in and I was wondering where all the paparazzi was. We took some pictures and I'm wondering if I can sell them to STAR magazine for a huge price. Anyway, I can't say that Mr. Wonderful went as I was escorted by our taxi driver, Derek and Bunny (a friend) Before we got to the cemetery, we had to stop for a beer at the liquor store. Everyone bought one including the driver and I felt like I was living on the edge for about 15 minutes of the ride. Listen up kiddies, don't get in a car with a driver drinking beer. Not my best judgement. Thank God he was around 250 lbs and did not finish his beer as I kept taking drinks from his bottle. I was tipsy!!! The things I will do to save my own hide.

The food was great. I'm still longing for prime rib every night and I hungry all the time as I was eating all the time. We took on board 10 bottles of wine and champagne. This is where is gets interesting. The corkage fee for the wine is 14.00 per bottle in the formal dining room. We bribe our waiter with 100.00 to let us bring in whatever we want and all is well.

Every night before dinner we would meet in Sylvia's Bar. Although that is not the name of the bar, it is the name of the bartender. She was on the cruise ship we were on last year and she remembered us. Sylvia makes the best martinis in the world and every night I would try one or two different ones. My martinis never taste as good as Sylvia's.

Mr. Wonderful surprised me by dressing in a tuxedo for both formal nights. I was so impressed that I couldn't wait to get that tuxedo off of him. Cruise sex is the best!!! It's at sea level.
